Now Hiring - Real Estate Leasing Agent in Fayetteville, NC

Block & Associates Realty is looking for a full-time employee who will serve as a leasing and sales agent. We are looking for capable Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

This position is based out of our Sanford office on Buffalo Lake Rd, which is midway between Fayetteville, Sanford, and Pinehurst.

Responsibilities

• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Ensure oversight of maintenance and inspection of properties

Skills

• Must be sales driven, have a positive personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer facing role will require some evening and/or weekend hours depending on client needs
• Proven working experience as leasing agent
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have experience with real estate.
• Up to date with property market status
• Customer service orientation
• Possessing a real estate license is a plus
